Trained by Patricia Thielemann at the Spirit Yoga school in Berlin (200h+) in 2021 and 2022, I have been practicing yoga since 2011. Exploring various styles such as hatha, ashtanga, Yin, and vinyasa, it's the latter that has captivated me with its energy and moments of meditation.
The rhythmic breathing keeps me in what I call the "flow," where body and mind unite in practice.
In 2018, seeking my dream, I realized my passion for yoga retreats. With my husband, we acquired a farmhouse in Charente to create a retreat, a life project currently undergoing renovation. Meanwhile, I teach Yoga, juggling between renovations, my life as a mother of two fantastic boys, and my work in marketing and communication.
Yoga remains my passion. While waiting to welcome yogis from around the world to our retreat, I offer Vinyasa Yoga classes in Charente and in corporations.
